Travelling to Bangkok? May we recommend the VIE Hotel, Bangkok?

There is so much to see and do in Bangkok and the experience becomes even more pleasurable when you stay at the VIE Hotel Bangkok, an MGallery Hotel Collection. You can enjoy it all at the VIE; from the delights of riding a Thai Tuk-Tuk to travelling on the Sky trains or even the preference of private car hire. There is even an infinity roof top pool if you choose not to descend to human level. This luxury hotel sits on the Phaya Thai Road in the Siam area of the Pathum Wan District of Bangkok. The Siam area is a district that consists of about 43 acres of Thai Royal Family’s estate, of which 17 acres is the Sra Pathum Palace. The remaining 26 acres, formerly home to the Siam Intercontinental Hotel and its royal gardens, are leased by the Crown Property Bureau to several shopping complexes on either side of Rama I Road. Siam is connected to the adjacent Ratchaprasong area via several footbridges.

Other benefits of staying in a Bangkok Hotel near BTS include the helpful concierges who are available to answer questions and direct you when needed. Staff are bilingual and communicate in both Thai and English. The hotel has access for the disabled, and a variety of ticket options to events and many tourist activities. The clean and efficient facilities of the stations and trains make it a pleasure to ride — as does the fascinating views of Bangkok that come free of charge especially as the Skytrain flies overhead.
One good thing about the luxurious VIE Hotel Bangkok is that it is very close to BTS Ratchathewi station on Bangkok’s Skytrain system. This makes it so easy for guests to reach it from the airport or to travel to all of the exciting sights of the city. Guests can enjoy an absolute stress-free commute between the VIE Hotel Bangkok and almost anywhere within Bangkok. Even better, the BTS Ratchathewi station is just one stop away from the Airport Link, which offers guests a smooth train ride and a traffic free commute to Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

When you enter the hotel, you are immediately greeted by very welcoming warm staff lavishing you with an amiable feeling that makes the already immaculate lobby exceptionally beautiful. The lobby is nicely decorated with flowers and spaciously laid out for free movement of guests and staff.

      The Bedrooms
The hotel accommodation ranges from 153 deluxe bedrooms to penthouse suites, all beautifully furnished with very high ceilings. They are spacious with dramatic views across the City. A standard double is very spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows. It also includes mini-bar service during your stay, wooden flooring, a day bed, large worktable, electronic safe and a separate shower room and bathtub with VIE’s own bath amenities service. If you need to indulge, you can reserve a penthouse or perhaps a deluxe suite for extra space.

      Luxurious Spa Treatment
As soon as you are settled into your room, do not forget to indulge in the VIE Spa by ORGANIKA. The luxurious VIE Spa by ORGANIKA is one of the finest boutique spas in Bangkok. It combines the timeless wisdom of Thailand’s healing arts with the very best of contemporary practice, all in the chic surroundings of VIE Hotel Bangkok. A collaboration between VIE Hotel Bangkok and Organika House, VIE Spa by ORGANIKA is the very first MGallery Hotel Collection spa of its kind in Thailand. Organika House, was created by Thai-Danish celebrity and health & beauty consultant, Ms. Sririta Jensen. She holds the firm belief that nature is fundamentally linked with our spirituality, having the innate power to heal humankind.

We tried their signature Organika Aromatic Candle Massage for 90 minutes at THB 3,000++. It was simply divine. For this treatment, they use aromatherapy candles created with pure essential oil, soy butter, jojoba, vitamin A, E to nourish and replenish moisture to the skin. This treatment helps to calm your nerves, relieve stress, soothe aches, as well as promote relaxation and sleep. An unforgettable therapeutic spa experience.

      Restaurants and Bars
When it comes to Food and Drink, VIE Hotel holds its head up high here too. There are four places to indulge in:
      • La VIE Bistronomy
La VIE Bistronomy is a casual gourmet restaurant providing excellent cuisine with quality ingredients in an elegant cosy atmosphere.
      • YTSB Japanese Restaurant
YTSB serves cutting edge Japanese cuisine. They offer fresh sushi served in mouth-watering portions, including an array of authentic Japanese specialties, complemented by a wide range of top sakes, including some rarely found brands.
      • Piano Bar
The Piano Bar is a stylish venue where guests can relax in luxurious sofas and sip aromatic coffees and teas while enjoying tasty light snacks and delicious desserts.
      • The Bar at VIE Pool
Serves light snacks and food by the pool side.

      Business Events and Weddings
The VIE function rooms are dedicated and private with elegant modern designs and welcoming natural light, perfect for your meetings in Bangkok.

Event facilities, measuring 258 square meters, include banquet facilities which can cater for up to 150 people. The Ballroom boasts high ceilings with city views, while the adjoining foyer provides the ideal pre-function area. The hotel is renowned for hosting beautiful weddings as well.
