The New Antler Duolite Travel Cases

When we tried and tested the brand new Antler Duolite cabin case, we were expecting it to be light but were pleasantly surprised at how super lightweight it was. You can barely feel its weight. As we explore train travel this month, we are confident that train porters will be exceptionally pleased if all they had to do was load up their trolleys with a collection of any of the three new Antler Duolite cases.

The Duolite cabin case weighs in at just 2.1kg and complies with the size dimensions of most major Airlines. It has a slim profile of the cabin size case ideal for placing on overhead racks in trains. It is also good to know that the medium case weighs in at 2.5kg and the largest case weighs in at a staggeringly low 2.9kg (nearly a kilo lighter than most competitors) and comfortably holds about 20kg of luggage. This is definitely an added bonus especially as some excess baggage charges can be as high £40 per kilo or more (typically £10 -£20), a kilo saved in luggage weight is potentially £40 saved in airline charges.

The secret behind this exceptionally strong super light weight design is a unique combination of ABS (Acrylonitrile – butadiene- styrene) and tough 400 denier nylon. Antler has selected both materials for their lightweight and strength characteristics.

Each product has been tested to Antler’s exacting standards including – Rolling Road test – 5 hours at 5km/h with a fully loaded case and Drop Tested – onto concrete on each of the eight corners whilst fully loaded. For extra security there are interlocking zip pullers and TSA locks, (required by Security Officials in the USA for random bag checking). Finally the leading suitcase brand Antler, has endorsed the range with a 10 year warranty.

Duolite range of roller cases is one of the lightest structured ranges currently on the market. The UK designed range is a combination of sophisticated engineering, good looks and is a fantastic achievement for British Design.
The high specification range will help customers achieve the weight and size restrictions demanded by so many airlines. The Antler Duolite range has an expanding gusset section giving more capacity but passengers can still stay within weight and size restrictions by the Airlines.
