Great Lifestyle Ski Destinations

What makes a great ski destination?

It is a little bit more than just the soft snow - good transport links, facilities, après-ski, the people...

What we expect

We expect great ski destinations to have exciting downhill runs, lifts, bright and welcoming restaurants and bars, together with breathtaking views, everything to make it a most welcoming resort.

When it comes to cross-country trails, it is all about winding through fairytale sceneries; ice rinks and countless possibilities for practising alternative sports such as sled dogging, ice-climbing, alpine and off-piste skiing.

Family Ski Resorts

We expect family friendly ski resort to offer a wide range of runs and ski schools and serve a paradise for families with children. There should be specifically marked routes for new skiers, snow tubing for a change of pace together with an excellent team of qualified ski instructors on hand to teach young and old how to ski and have fun whilst learning.
